Fresh, exciting, and unique - a night out you'll never forget!
... and your own masterpiece to remember it by!

We post calendars by the 15th of each month for the following month.

Yes. You must be 16 years old to attend public painting events. We love kids too though, so find those events on our Event Calendar. Children are welcome at private events at the discretion of the Host/Hostess and of course, children's private parties are tailored just for kids!

Yes, of course! That's what makes it fun! If you have a group and you are all booking separately, please let us know who's in your group and we'll reserve your seats

Occasionally, we'll offer coupons, so be sure to "like" us on facebook and follow us on twitter so you will be the first to know.

ABSOLUTELY! All you need to bring are any appetizers you might want during the class. We also provide the plates, and napkins. We have a fun list of Wines, Beers and soda to choose from for purchase. And we always have complimentary bottled water for all our painters! (Oklahoma law does not allow BYOB)

We require reservations by the seat, and take reservations up until the start of the event or until the event is sold out. However, don't hesitate to come by before the event starts, you never know if we'll have last minute cancellations, or no shows.

A painting event at The Painted Lyon is just that, an event and something to look forward to! We provide aprons to protect your clothes while you paint. However, with wine drinking and painting going on at the same time, you never know what shenanigans may ensue!

We recommend arriving about 15-20 minutes before the event starts. Check in to receive your brushes, find your seat, order your drink, put on your apron and get your ART on!.

We usually paint on a 16 x 20 canvas.

Life is unpredictable and you may need to cancel your reservation. Please give us 48 hours notice so that we have the opportunity to fill your spot. If 48 hours notice is not given, we reserve the right to charge your credit card per the registration agreement. We DO NOT issue refunds for missed classes. We do understan Life Happens so we may provide a credit per our discretion. (Please note: The cancellation policy for Private Parties is 14 days notice. and can be found on the Private Events page.)

Yes. We require a minimum number of painters to open our studio. Registrants will be notified in advance to reschedule IF we need to cancel (this rarely happens). The Painted Lyon also reserves the right to cancel public events due to bad weather. Notification will be sent at least 4 hours prior to the event and participants will have the option to reschedule. You will NOT be charged for canceled events due to low participation or weather.

You are always welcome to change the colors! You are even welcome to interpret the painting in your own way. Or, do something completely independent on your own. It's your art! Pick something that matches your decor. Or, maybe you are coming with a roommate or significant other and don't want to do the exact same painting. We suggest you switch the colors or pick complementary colors so that they will look nice hanging on the wall together. Our artist will be happy to help you with this.

Absolutely! You can purchase gift certificates on line.

First, go to the Event Calendar page . Once you've decided on a date and time, click on the date you are interested in, click on the time and you will be taken to registration. Register and pay. Don't see the date and time you are looking for? Give us a call, we will be happy to help you. We require pre-registration so we know how many people to set up for and how many seats we will need. We DO NOT issue refunds, but would be happy to provide you with a credit towards another session.
